We should easily win this one because it is Moyes level where his tactics work.

Watching Gary O'Neil explain his tactical ideas for Wolves last night on Sky made me realise just how far behind younger managers Moyes is.

I mean twice now he has played Soucek in number 10 role and our best number 10 in donkey's years on left wing. Even a beginner like Gary O'Neil wouldn't make that stupid mistake.

I expect to see Soucek returned to his DM position and Kudus starting...

I've read that Cresswell is injured.

In any case, we have to use this game as an opportunity to see if Aguerd looks capable at left back, in prep for the Everton game which Emerson is banned for. Also see how Kehrer performs at right back. Mavropanos has now become critical to our season, imo, as we are shipping goals for fun.

None of which the manager will do, as he is a dull, paint by numbers shithouse.

I know Paqueta is Brazil’s idea of a DM in a side full of players that can play. But he’s our most creative attacking midfielder whether you like it or not. And he wears 10 so fuck you - he’s a 10.

Perhaps you’d rather see Soucek there so that Paqueta plays as a winger which he’s also not?

Sunday was enough for me to be sure that this is going to be a very mediocre season at best. For that reason I have little interest in this because we can't win this competition with Moyes in charge and qualifying for Europe via the league is out of the question despite our hugely expensive squad that inexplicably still has gaping holes in it.

David Moyes is a fucking waste of space and should be fucking sacked before Christmas to give us a chance of at least try g to do something. Would be nice just to be entertained for a change. Fuck off Moyes and fuck off all you fucking pro Moyes anti football anti West Ham cunts.
